Baked Tomato (1 serving)

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 small tomato

  • 1/2 tablespoon corn oil margarine

  •  salt & pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180c

Make a slit in top of tomato and insert margarine.  

Sprinkle salt and pepper.  Bake for about 15 minutes.
