Deep-Fried Seafood Tofu (4 servings) |

Ingredients:
Preparation: Mash tofu thoroughly. Add in prawn, chili, egg white, corn flour, salt and pepper into mash tofu and mix well. Spread mixture out in a try and steam for about 20 minutes. Set aside for cooling before cutting into pieces. Coat tofu pieces with flour and deep fry in hot oil till crispy. |
