 Steam Prawn with Mayonnaise Sauce (4 servings)

 

Ingredients:

  • 12 medium prawn, de-shelled

  • 200g mayonnaise

  • 10ml calamansi juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

 

Preparation:

Season prawn with salt and pepper. Set aside for 5 minute. Steam at boiling water for 5 minutes.

Mix mayonnaise, calamansi juice and honey well.

Dip prawn into mixture and serve with some mix vegetable.
