Shrimp with Green Papaya Salad (4 servings) |

Ingredients:
Preparation: Soften dried shrimp in hot water for about 10 minutes. Clean and drain. Grind finely. Pare papaya and shred into long julienne. Combine papaya julienne, long bean, tomato in a mixing bowl and toss well. Add in garlic, palm sugar, fish sauce and chili. Stir in lime juice and dried shrimps. Serve garnished with peanut. |
