Prawn & Broccoli with Mayonnaise Sauce (4 servings) |

Ingredients:
Preparation: Season prawn with 1 tsp salt, pepper and egg white. Set aside for 5 minutes. Bring water to boil. Add 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp of salt into boil water before adding in cauliflower and broccoli. Cooked for 5 minutes and strain well. Arrange cauliflower and broccoli in a circle on the plate. Heat up 1 tsp of olive oil, add in garlic and prawn. Stir for 2 minutes. Dish out into a bowl and mix with mayonnaise. Place prawn in the center of the plate. |
