Grilled Rosemary Steak (4 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 4 rump steak

  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary leave, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

 

Preparation:

Marinate steak with rosemary, garlic, olive oil, lemon peel, and black pepper mixture. Set aside in fridge for an hour.

Grill steak until is cook.
