Sweet & Sour Fillet (4 servings) |

Ingredients:
Preparation: Cut fillet into small pieces and season with beaten egg yolk, salt and pepper. Set a side for 10 minutes. Coat fillet with corn flour and deep fry coated fillet in hot oil till golden brown. Strain and put aside. Pour away all but leave 1 tsp of the oil in the pan. With low heat fry garlic and add in stock, vinegar, soy sauce, corn flour thickening. Stir and bring to boil. Toss fillet in the sauce and mix well. Garnish with chopped spring onion and chili. |
