 Lime-Steam Fish (2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 250g fresh fish fillet

  • 50ml fresh lime juice

  • 30g chopped spring onion

  • Dash of salt

  • Parsley, chopped

  • 3 slices of young ginger

 

Preparation:

Put fish fillet in a baking dish and sprinkle with lime juice.

Arrange spring onion and ginger on top of fish and steam for 10 minute.
