Ingredients:
Preparation: Dissolve sugar substitute slowly in a saucepan for about 12 minutes until it turn into light brown caramel color. Add in bay leave, star anise, cinnamon stick, rind of lemon, ginger and water. Bring to simmer over low heat until crystallized sugar has dissolve. Leave to cool. Put apple, star fruit, ruby water apple and dragon fruit in a mixing bowl and strain cooled spiced syrup over. Softly mix well. Chill well before serving. |
