Cup Cake (12 pieces)

Ingredients:

  • 100g ground almonds

  • 240g sugar substitute

  • 100g shifted flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 11 eggs white

  • 160g butter, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

 

Preparation:

Melt butter till turn brown and let it cool.

In a bowl, mix sugar, ground almonds and flour well.

add egg white one at a time into flour mixture with vanilla essence.

Add melted butter and stir

Let mixture stay overnight.

Fill mixture into paper cupcake cake and baked till golden brown at 200c.
