Apricots with Chocolate & Almonds (8 servings) |

Ingredients:
Preparation: Melt chocolate and stir until completely melted. Dip apricots halfway into chocolate and drip off excess chocolate. Place each dipped apricot onto grease-proof paper and sprinkle almond over dipped apricot. Place in refrigerator until chocolate is set. |
