Apricots with Chocolate & Almonds (8 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 50g dark chocolate

  • 24 dried apricots

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped almonds

 

Preparation:

Melt chocolate and stir until completely melted.

Dip apricots halfway into chocolate and drip off excess chocolate.

Place each dipped apricot onto grease-proof paper and sprinkle almond over dipped apricot.

Place in refrigerator until chocolate is set.
