Stir-Fry Chicken with Mix Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 200g boneless chicken breast, cut into strip

  • 200g mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrot, button mushroom, French bean)

  • 2 tbsp of peanut oil

  • 2 tsp of finely chopped garlic

  • 75ml of soup stock

  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 tsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp of flour mixed with 3 tsp of water, for thickening

 

Preparation:

Heat wok with oil and fry garlic till fragrant. Add in chicken and salt. Stir fry for 1/2 minutes.

Put in mixed vegetables, stir-fry for another 1/2 minutes.

Add in soup stock and oyster sauce. Bring to boil.

Add in flour and quickly stir-fry until thicken.
