Chicken in Wine Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 boneless chicken breast, cut into strip

  • 2 tsp of fine chopped garlic

  • 5 slices of ginger

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp of sesame oil

  • 100ml of dry white wine

 

Preparation:

Heat oil in a wok and fry garlic and ginger over low heat for about 1/2 minutes.

Add in chicken and salt. Cook for about 7 minutes. Add wine and cook for another 2 minutes.

Dish up and serve.
