Quick fried Chicken with Miso Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200g boneless chicken

  • 2 tbsp brown miso paste, salted

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 1 tsp sugar substitute

  • 1/2 tsp light soy sauce

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder

  • 3 tbsp water or stock

  • 1 tsp fine chopped garlic

  • 1 lightly beaten egg white

  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil

  • Parsley, chopped for garnish

 

Preparation:

Cut chicken into cube and season with salt, pepper and coat white egg white and flour. Set a side for 15 minute.

Heat up a non-stick pan with oil till hot and quick fry chicken. strain and leave a side.

Pour all but leave 1 tsp of stir-fry oil, add in garlic, miso paste, sugar substitute, soy sauce and water. Cook till sauce thickens.

Toss chicken in the sauce till well coated. Garnish with parsley.
